Things You Need:

1. Oil as you wish(coconut oil,olive oil,mustard oil or castor oil)
2. Shower cap
3. Steamer OR Towel
4. Scarf
5. Shampoo
6. Hair Conditioner

Do not heat oil.Instead take a steam after oiling your hair. Apply oil in head by make a various sections in the head.Pour some oil into your hand apply it on the scalp.Cover the entire head with oil and massage oil well for 5 min in each section.Then start applying oil to the body of our hair and concentrate on the ends.Be generous with the amount of oil in your head.Do worry about greasing your hair.Do it at evening when you have not any appointment and it would be great if you have any friend for massage on your hair.
